Placement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Golsta,
AFFIN Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the issue price of the
Placement Shares has been fixed at RM1.41 per Placement Share. The issue price
of RM1.41 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.6% to
the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Golsta Shares up to 11
