Further to our announcements made on 26 April 2013, 19 April 2013 and 21 December 2012 on the acquisition of 100% interest in ING Funds Berhad (“IFB”) by Kenanga Investors Berhad (“KIB”), a wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, which in turn is a subsidiary of K & N Kenanga Holdings Berhad, we are pleased to announce that the transfer and vesting of IFB's business to KIB which is in accordance with the Business Transfer Agreement dated 19 April 2013 has been effected on and from 8 June 2013 pursuant to Section 139 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. | |
