Bhd. (“KPJ” or “the Purchaser”), a wholly owned subsidiary of KPJ Healthcare Berhad in connection with the sale of 30 million ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in RSHSB to KPJ (“Sale Shares”) for a total consideration of RM50,630,164.00, i.e. RM1.69 per share (“Sale Price”). Mitrajaya which holds 20% equity interest in RSHSB will divest its investment of 6.0 million shares (“MHB’s Sale Shares”) for a cash consideration of RM10,126,032.80 (“Sale Consideration”) (“Proposed Divestment”).
