The Board of Directors of LSTEEL wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the following Proposals at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting : a) Proposed Renewal and Additional Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of A Revenue or Trading Nature; and b) Proposed Renewal of Authority to Buy-back Its Own Shares by the Company; A Circular containing the details of the Proposals will be issued and dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
