Description	VESSEL SALES WORTH APPROXIMATELY RM160 MILLION SECURED
The Board of Directors of TAS Offshore Berhad (TAS) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary has secured new contracts for the sale of two units of Anchor Handling Tug Oil Recovery Supply Vessel and two units of Offshore Construction Vessel with an aggregate value of approximately RM160 million. The four units of vessels were sold to overseas customer. The revenue stream from the contracts is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and assets of TAS Group for financial years ending 31 May 2014 and 2015. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of TAS or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contracts.
