We wish to update that on 16 April 2013, FGB was informed that the Al Dhafra Court in Abu Dhabi Emirate had postponed the case until the availability of the expert report, of which the first expert meeting was conducted on 8 April 2013. Further announcement on the developments of the above matter will be made in due course. This announcement is dated 16 April 2013.
