Details of the management team other than Mr Koay Cheng Hock that will undertake the project, together with their experience and expertise in the property development project.; 2. The detailed basis in deriving at the purchase consideration of RM11.8 million together with the justification; 3. To provide the definition of "first grade freehold lands"; 4. Details of development potential i.e. name of project, number of units of each type of development etc; 5. The detailed basis in deriving at the gross development value (RM51 million), gross development costs (RM39 million) and expected profit (RM12 million) respectively; 6. The breakdown of the total capital and investment outlay in the joint-venture for the development of the said land; 7.
