Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 9 September 2013, 13 September 2013 and 7 October 2013.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Tanco, Public Investment Bank Berhad (“PIVB”) is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia (Private Debt Securities) had, vide its letter dated 11 October 2013 which was received on 14 October 2013 approved the proposed issuance of the ICULS pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue of ICULS under subsection 214(1) of the Capital Markets & Services Act 2007.
