Reference is made to the Company's announcement released on 9 May 2013 pertaining to the Demand for Arbitration ("Arbitration") made by Datamatic, Ltd ("DL") as the Claimant and the Company's subsidiary, KESP Sdn Bhd ("KESP") as the Respondent and the subsequent updates that were provided in the announcement of the fourth quarter results ended 31 July 2013 released on 19 September 2013. The Company had last reported that a trial date for the Arbitration has been scheduled for mid-May 2014. The Company wishes to update that KESP's solicitors has been informed by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") that DL has on 26 September 2013 filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Dallas, Texas. In view of this development, the AAA has agreed with KESP's solicitors that the Arbitration will be stayed until the bankruptcy court trustee for DL determines whether to pursue with the Arbitration.
