We refer to our announcement dated 14 October 2013 in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein. On behalf of Bright, TA Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 18 October 2013 for the admission of the Warrants to the official list of the Main Market of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the Rights Shares, Warrants and the new Bright Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
