LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER [CONTRACT NO: 100063294) (“SURAT SETUJU TERIMA”) TO IRIS CORPORATION BERHAD ( “ICB /“COMPANY”) FROM FELDA TO CONSTRUCT AND BUILD AN INTEGRATED COMMUNITY CENTRE IN FELDA PALONG 21, WILAYAH RAJA ALIAS, NEGERI SEMBILAN DARUL KHUSUS UNDER THE SENTUHAN KASEH PROJECT The Board of Directors of the Company hereby replies to a verbal enquiry made by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad regarding the financial impact of the Letter of Acceptance to the ICB Group announced on 10th October 2013. The Announcement dated 10th October 2013 was a follow up from the announcement made on the 19th September 2013 on the MOU executed between FELDA and the Company relating to the Sentuhan Kaseh Project. The Board is of the opinion that the LOA is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets, share capital, gearing and substantial shareholder’ shareholding of the ICB Group for the financial year ending 31st March 2014 and barring unforeseen circumstances, the LOA is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and earnings per share of the ICB Group in the future.
