However, there are two (2) pending interlocutory applications filed by the Company’s solicitors (namely the transfer application to transfer of proceedings from the Kuala Lumpur High Court to Johor Bahru High Court and discovery application) which must be dealt with before the trial on 27, 28 & 29 November 2013. At the case management in respect of the transfer application on 18 October 2013, the Court fixed the transfer application for hearing on 6 November 2013. The Court fixed 11 November 2013 for final case management and hearing of the discovery application. The Court also informed the parties that amendments to the witness statement (if any) must be done before 11 November 2013.
