Further to the Company's announcement dated 30 September 2013 on the above subject matter, AHB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had via its letter dated 16 October 2013 granted the Company a further extension of time of six (6) months until 31 March 2014 ("Extension Period") to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements").
