The proposed renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital of DIALOG ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority"). 2. The proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions (“RRPT”) and proposed new shareholders’ mandate for additional RRPT of a revenue or trading nature (collectively as “Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”)
A statement with relevant information of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority and circular on the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2013 in due course.
