The Board of Directors of Tiger Synergy Berhad (“TSB” or “the Company’) wishes to announce that Tiger Synergy Development Sdn Bhd (“TSDSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 9 January 2013 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with Pentas Irama Sdn Bhd (“PISB”) for the purpose of undertaking a residential and/or commercial development project (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) in respect of the development land strictly on the basis that PISB shall contribute all that freehold land held under GM1388, Lot No. 1887 in the Mukim of Klang, State of Selangor (“Development Land”) and TSDSB shall contribute and bear the entire cost and expense of developing the development land in accordance with the relevant approvals and the layout and building plans and applying and obtaining the relevant approvals and licences from the Relevant Authorities in connection with the Project.
