We refer to our announcements dated 23 October 2012, 25 October 2012, 20 November 2012 and 17 December 2012 in relation to the above matter. The Board of Directors ("Board") of DMB wishes to announce that Daya Land & Development Sdn. Bhd. ("DLD"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daya CMT Sdn. Bhd., which is the wholly-owned subsidiary of DMB, had on 11 January 2013 mutually agreed with Chang Cheng Realty Sdn. Bhd. ("CCR") to extend the completion date of the Shareholders Agreement ("SA") in respect of the Proposed Joint Venture, pursuant to the Addendum to Shareholders Agreement dated 11 January 2013. Pursuant to the Addendum to Shareholders Agreement, the extended time of the Completion date shall be Twenty One (21) days from 11 January 2013. The SA is expected to complete by end of January 2013. This announcement is dated 11 January 2013. | |
