The Board of Directors of Poh Huat Resources Holdings Berhad ("Poh Huat" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Directors has on 27 December 2012 proposed a first and final tax exempt dividend of 2% equivalent to 2 sen per share amounting to RM2,267,742-00 for the financial year ended 31 October 2012 ("Proposed First and Final Dividend"), subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The entitlement date and payment date in respect of the Proposed First and Final Dividend will be determined and announced by Poh Huat in due course. This announcement is dated 27 December 2012.
