We refer to the letter from Bursa Malaysia Berhad dated 27 December 2012 in respect of the announcement made by Takaso Resources Berhad (the "Company" or "TRB") on 26 December 2012 on the “Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature” and are pleased to furnish below the following additional information for public release:- 1. The types of imported computer accessories sold by Takaso Trading Sdn. Bhd. (“TTSB”) to Ingens Sdn. Bhd. (“ISB”) comprised of mouse, keyboard, speaker, cooler fan, computer bag and webcam. 2. The sale of imported computer accessories is carried out by TTSB whose ordinary course of business is trading. Rubber and baby products are manufactured under another subsidiary of TRB which is Takaso Rubber Products Sdn. Bhd. TRB itself is the Group investment holding company and it has no actual business operations. Each subsidiary company has its own Memorandum of Association which governs its permitted activities. Therefore, the TRB Group is not restricted to rubber and baby products and the “ordinary course of business of the TRB Group” will cover all subsidiaries’ ordinary course of business activities. In addition, we refer to our aforesaid announcement made on 26 December 2012 (the “Announcement”) and wish to clarify that: a) Paragraph 3 of the Announcement under the heading “Interest of Directors and Major Shareholders”, Mr. Chin Boon Kim is the Executive Director of TRB and not the Executive Chairman of TRB. b) Paragraph 7 of the Announcement under the heading “Approvals Required” should reflect that “The RRPTS are not subject to the approval of shareholders of TRB or any relevant authorities” and not as stated earlier.
