The Board of Directors of AMB wishes to announce that AMB has on 27 December 2012 entered into an advance agreement (“Advance Agreement”) with its holding company, Allianz SE, for a 5-year term loan facility of up to the principal amount of EURO Equivalent of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Four Million and Three Hundred Thousand (RM54,300,000.00) to be made available by Allianz SE to AMB (“Advance”), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Advance Agreement. The Advance will be utilised by the Company for general working capital purposes and to finance the business expansion of its life operating subsidiary. This announcement is dated 28 December 2012.
