Therefore, the special resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 31 October 2012 has been carried. The application to the High Court of Malaya to obtain the grant of an order confirming the Proposed SCR pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 will be made in due course and the announcement pertaining to the same will be made accordingly. This announcement is dated 23 November 2012.
