| Pursuant to the rights issue exercise undertaken by P.A. Resources Berhad ("PARB" or the "Company"), details of which are set out in the announcement dated 10 January 2012, the exercise price of the outstanding warrants in PARB constituted by the deed poll dated 10 June 2010 ("Deed Poll") ("Warrants") was revised from RM0.50 to RM0.35 while an additional 26,312,306 Warrants will be listed and quoted on 22 November 2012 on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The said adjustment to the exercise price and the number of outstanding Warrants took effect on 22 October 2012, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the rights issue in accordance with paragraph 1.3:2 of Schedule 6 of the Deed Poll. The Notice to Warrant holders containing details of the adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants pursuant to the rights issue exercise was despatched to the holders of the Warrants on 7 November 2012. This announcement is dated 21 November 2012. |
