The Board of Directors of SCAN wishes to announce the Company had acquired�20 ordinary shares of RM0.10 representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up capital of Scan Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (1016878-U) (“Scan Consultancy”) from two Directors of the Company namely Professor Dato’ Dr. Norbik Bashah Bin Idris and Shaharil Bin Abdul Malek, for a total consideration of RM2.00 only. Scan Consultancy was incorporated on 13 September 2012 with an authorized share capital of RM100,000 divided into 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each. The intended principal activity of Scan Consultancy will be in the business of providing consultation of information technology systems and information security system. The aforesaid acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of SCAN Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. | |
