We refer to �PMB’s announcements on 28 February 2011 and 10 August 2012 on the above and the Supplementary Agreement (“SA”) entered into between Landmark Zone Sdn Bhd (“LZSB” or “the Developer”), a 100% owned subsidiary company� and Koperasi Shamelin Berhad (“KSB’) dated 10 August 2012. Pursuant to Clause 1.2 (of the SA), the SA is conditional upon the Developer obtaining the Bridging Finance Facility within 60 days from the date of execution of the SA, failing which the SA will lapse automatically and be of no further effect. In this regard, we wish to inform that LZSB and KSB have mutually agreed for an extension of 60 days for obtaining the Bridging Finance Facility. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. | |
