We refer to the announcements dated 18 April 2012, 23 April 2012, 20 June 2012 and 26 September 2012.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Permaju's lawyers are of the view that the Writ of Summon and Statement of Claim are frivolous, vexatious amounts to an abuse of the process of the Court as there is no privy of contract or nexus between the Plaintiff and Permaju for the Plaintiff to bring a claim against Permaju.

Hence, the Company has requested its lawyers to appeal against the Decision of the Learned High Court judge in dismissing Permaju's Summons-In-Chambers to strike out the Writ of Summon and Statement of Claim of the Plaintiff.
