Further to the Company’s monthly announcement dated 3 September 2012 pursuant to PN 1 of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of HAISAN wishes to inform that the Company had on 25 September 2012 submitted a revised debt restructuring scheme to CDRC in relation to the cash settlement for the secured lenders. The Company will also revert to the unsecured lenders for a fresh settlement proposal at a later date. The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary. This announcement is dated 1 October 2012. | |
