Contents: The Board of Ireka Corporation Berhad is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Ireka Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd ("IECSB") has received a letter of intent from Transmission Technology Sdn Bhd (the "Employer") for the appointment of IECSB as the contractor for the following package of works for the proposed offices and hotel development on part of Lot 203, Seksyen 72 (Lot G), Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan at a contract sum of RM232,747,511.32 :-
(i) Architectural and M&E works for basements (2 levels) and podium (13 levels) up to and including level 9 slab; and
(ii) 27-storey and 37-storey office towers.
Further details will be announced upon the receipt of letter of award from the Employer.
