1. The effect on Net Assets
Based on the financial year ended 31 December 2009 of D&O, the proforma effects on the Discontinuation on the consolidated Net Assets of D&O Group, assuming that the Discontinuation had been effected on 31 December 2009 as per Appendix A.
2. The effect on Earnings Per Share
The Board expected that the Discontinuation will reduce the Earnings Per Share (EPS) of D&O Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 by 1.91 sen.
