Contents: We refer to the announcement by IJMLAND dated 23 November 2010 in relation to the Proposed Merger.
In the event the Proposed Merger is implemented, the terms and conditions of IJMLAND-CB will be adjusted in accordance with Condition 8 of the Deed Poll dated 7 April 2009 ("Adjustments").
Further announcement in relation to the Adjustments will be made in due course when more information on the Proposed Merger is announced by IJMLAND.

The Company wishes to update the Exchange that the collaboration between SYABAS and CIDB in respect of the above under the MoU dated 26 February 2009 is currently ongoing.
