The Board of Directors ("Board") of TIGB, wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, TISB, had on 30 August 2010, signed an Agreement with Ms. Diep Thi Hai ("DTH"), a related party, for the disposal of its entire equity interest comprising 60% chartered capital in TYI to DTH for a total cash consideration of USD620,000.00 (RM2,046,000.00 @ an exchange rate of 1USD:RM3.30)("Sale Consideration") ("Proposed Disposal").
