AMCORP PROPERTIES BERHAD ("AMPROP")
- PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and paragraph 3 of Practice Note 11 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided as at 31 March 2015 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of AMPROP Group is set out below:

(a)    Sponsor Undertakings by AMPROP to the following indirect jointly controlled entities:

        (i)     Ten Acre (Mayfair) Limited for the amount of £12.8 million (equivalent to RM70.35 million); and

       (ii)    GC Campden Hill LLP for the amount of £5.83 million (equivalent to RM32.04 million).

(b)    Shareholder’s loan to Ten Acre (Mayfair) Limited by Old Burlington Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMPROP, for the amount of £6.375 million (equivalent to RM35.04 million).

The financial assistance provided during the quarter does not have any material impact on the earnings, net assets and gearing of AMPROP Group.
