On behalf of the Board of Directors of mTouche, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to implement a private placement of up to 23,154,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in mTouche, representing approximately 10.0% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Company, to independent third party investor(s) to be identified.
