We refer to the announcements dated 17 March 2015 and 15 May 2015 in relation to the Proposed ESS (“Announcements”).


Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.


On behalf of the Board of Directors of YHB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has vide its letter dated 25 May 2015 (received on 26 May 2015) approved the listing of such number of additional new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in YHB representing up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares) of YHB to be issued pursuant to the Proposed ESS subject to the following:-

 

(i) AmInvestment Bank is required to submit a confirmation to Bursa Securities of full compliance of the Proposed ESS pursuant to paragraph 6.43(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities and stating the effective date of implementation together with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders approving the Proposed ESS in a general meeting; and

 

(ii) YHB is required to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of new YHB Shares listed pursuant to the Proposed ESS as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable.
