We refer to our announcements dated 12 September 2014 and 17 September 2014 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcements”). Unless the context otherwise requires, all expressions used herein shall have the same meanings assigned thereto in the Announcements. The Board of Directors of the Company wish to announce that MFSB has on 21 November 2014 received the FiT Approval Certificate dated 11 November 2014 from SEDA for MFSB’s 15MW small hydroelectric power plant at Sungai Perak, Lenggong, State of Perak. In accordance to the FiT Approval, MFSB is to enter into a REPPA with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) by 16 December 2014. The FiT grants a concession period of 21 years for electricity generation at a FiT rate of 23 sen per kilowatt hour. The FiT commencement date of the concession period indicated in the FiT Approval Certificate is 21 March 2017. This announcement is dated 21 November 2014.
