HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd (“HCM”) were
struck out with costs of RM6,000.00 (in total for both suits) by the High Court
on 12.08.2014. Menuju Asas’s Amendment Application was also dismissed with
costs of RM3,000.00 to be paid by Menuju Asas to HCM. | |
