The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Alcyone has on 17 November 2014 appointed Mr Simon Theobald, Mr Michael Owen and Mr Grant Sparks as the Joint and Several Receivers and Managers of Alcyone. Following the appointment of Joint and Several Receivers and Managers, the Board of Directors of Alcyone has appointed Mr Bryan Hughes and Mr Daniel Bredenkamp of Pitcher Partners as the Joint and Several Administrators of Alcyone.
