The Board of
Directors of Mah Sing Group Berhad (“Mah Sing”) wishes to announce that Mah
Sing had on 21 November 2014 acquired the entire issued and paid-up share
capital of Octland Property Management Sdn Bhd (“Octland”), a private limited
company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 23 October
2014, with an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000
ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have
been issued and fully paid-up, for cash consideration of RM2.00
(“Acquisition”). THAT
pursuant to the Acquisition, Octland will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of
the Company. Octland is presently dormant and its intended business is property
management. None of the
Directors and/or substantial shareholders of Mah Sing and persons connected to
them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition. This
announcement is dated 21 November 2014. | |
