On behalf of the Company, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Yarra has exercised its right under the Contract to extend the Settlement Date for the payment of the balance Purchase Consideration from 18 December 2014 to 18 March 2015. 

Save for the above extension of the Settlement Date, all terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain unchanged and continue to be in full force and effect.
