Query 3 Whether the Proposed Disposal is subject to any government authorities approval The Proposed Disposal is not subject to the approval of any government authorities. Query 4 Details of working capital for which the proceeds will be utilized, and the breakdown thereof. There is no specific amount earmarked for working capital and new investments. Proceeds from the Proposed Disposal will be used to fund new investments as and when such investments are identified. As of to date, no suitable investment has been identified.
