Poh Kong Jewellers (Kuantan) Sdn Bhd; (collectively referred to as "these Subsidiaries"). Mr. Ng Yim Kong of Strategy Corporate Secretariat Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the Liquidator for the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of these Subsidiaries. DETAILS OF THE SUBSIDIARIES UNDER WINDING-UP
3. RATIONALE FOR THE WINDING-UP The Winding-Up of these Subsidiaries is part of the Poh Kong Group's internal reorganisation exercise. In addition, the Winding-Up will enable the Poh Kong Group to save future costs associated with maintaining these Subsidiaries. 4. EFFECTS OF THE WINDING-UP The Winding-Up of these Subsidiaries will not have any material effect on the net earnings and net assets of Poh Kong Group for the financial year ending 31 July 2015. 5. DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS None of the Directors, major shareholders and persons connected with the Directors and major shareholders of the company has any direct and indirect interest in the Winding-Up of these Subsidiaries.
