Query Letter Contents We refer to the Company's announcement dated 15 September 2014, in respect of
the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The name and exact location of the medical centre in which MSMC will be
involved in and the expected commencement date of business operations.
2. Further clarity on whether BSC and BSSB will provide advances on the
proportionate basis in accordance to its equity shareholdings to MSMC. If it is
not, please provide the reasons thereof.
3. In the event that OHB is the only party that provide the Financial
Assistance to MSMC, please justify further as to how the Proposed Financial
Assistance will facilitate fund management within the Group and improve
shareholders' wealth.
4. Type and nature of advances provided by OHB including the terms of the
advances.
5. Total estimated capital commitment required for the setting up of hospital
facility, nursing college and other related operational development and the
breakdown thereof.
6. Further justification on this statement "MSMC will be able to service its
obligations as and when they fall due".
7. Basis of the opinion that the Financial Assistance is fair and
reasonable and on commercial terms and not detrimental to the interest of
minority shareholders.
