Bhd. (“SWWSB”), to Dato’ Sri Adam Sani bin Abdullah (“the Purchaser”), comprising of 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and 7,300,000 convertible redeemable preference shares of RM0.01 each (“Proposed Share Sale”), for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Eight Million Two Hundred and Forty Thousand only (RM8,240,000.00).

The Proposed Share Sale is a related party transaction (“RPT”) by virtue of the directorship and shareholdings held by the Purchaser in AHB.
