Remarks 1 :- "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 12 August 2014 with share split IBHD shares of RM0.50 each. Any shareholder who is entitled to receive IBHD share split shares, may sell any or all of his IBHD shares arising from the share split beginning the Ex-Date (7 August 2014).
For example, if Mr X purchases 100 IBHD shares on cum basis on 6 August 2014, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 11 August 2014. As a result of the share split, 200 IBHD shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 11 August 2014 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the share split shares of 200 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 7 August 2014 onwards."
Remarks 2 :- The date of the listing of and quotation for the Subdivided Shares will be on 12 August 2014, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Share Split.
The share registrar of I-Berhad will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of I-Berhad on the entitlement date within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares.

The Order is not expected to have any material impact on the financial and operational matters of the Company. This announcement is dated 1 August 2014.
