(“HOA”) entered into between TDEX, Chong Eng Yeau and Pang Kim Huay in relation

Due Diligence expires on 6 July 2014 (“Expiry Date”).

Chong Eng Yeau and Pang Kim Huay had on 4 July 2014 mutually agreed to extend
