Further to our announcement dated 4 March 2014 (CK-140304-57032) on the above matter, the Board of Directors of Malpac Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that our solicitors have today been served with a sealed copy of an Application by the Plaintiffs for Supplementary Orders from the Ipoh High Court for the completion of the sale of the Plantation Lands and the Palm Oil Mill pursuant to the Ipoh High Court Order dated 5 May 2011. The said Application has been fixed for hearing by the Ipoh High Court on 21 July 2014. This announcement is dated 3 day of July 2014
