Query Letter Contents We refer to your announcement dated 30 June 2014 respect of the abovecaptioned
matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The breakdown of the sources of funding to finance the Proposed
Acquisition between internal source of fund and/or borrowing from financial
institutions;
2. The audited net profit of THSB for the financial year ended 31 March
2014.
3. The prospects of THSB.
4. The details of the proposed development as per Appendix 10A, Part C, (4) of
the Main Market Listing Requirements.
5. Whether the major shareholders and/or persons connected with the major
shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Acquisition
and the nature and extent of their interests.
