In reference to the Off Take and Mining Cooperation Agreement made on 24 March 2014 between PMSB and Pansprint, M&A Securities on behalf of the Board, wishes to announce that PMSB and Pansprint have mutually agreed and consented to extend the Cut-Off Date of the Agreement to 24 December 2014 to facilitate the compliance of the CPs.
