We refer to the letter from Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) dated 3 July 2014, querying on the sharp rise in price of Ipmuda Berhad’s shares recently.

The Board of Directors hereby confirm that to the best of our knowledge and after making due enquiry with the directors and major shareholders seeking their views on the matter that is the subject of the query, we are not aware of any of the following that may have contributed to the unusual market activity:
