Kindly be advised that BJFOOD had on 16 June 2014 announced the entitlement date for the Company’s second interim dividend of 2.5 sen single-tier exempt dividend per share declared in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2014.
As such, the “BJFOOD-OA” shares will cease to be quoted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 9 July 2014 and will merge with the existing “BJFOOD” shares as from that date.
