The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements in relation to the Private Placement.  We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Private Placement.  On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that the Board has fixed the issue price for the placement of 3,040,000 new HeveaBoard Shares, being the last tranche of the Private Placement at an issue price of RM1.25 per share.  The issue price represents a discount of approximately 8.8% or RM0.12 to the five (5)-day VWAP of HeveaBoard Shares up to and including 9 July 2014 of RM1.37, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date.    This announcement is dated 10 July 2014.
