Query Letter Contents We refer to the Company's announcement dated 9 July 2014, in respect of the
aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The information of the Land and the Factory as required under Part C, Item 1
and 3 of Appendix 10A, where applicable.
2. Details of valuation, including the name of valuer, date of valuation,
method of valuation, etc.
3. The name of directors and major shareholders of Bernas Wirama Sdn Bhd
("Purchaser") and their respective shareholdings.
4. Particular of all liabilities to be assumed by the Purchaser arising from
the Proposed Disposal.
5. Further justification as why the Property is to be sold at a discount to the
